Equestrian lovers will delight at the 60 miles of horse trails in the area, which are all well-preserved and frequented by many residents. If golf is your thing, the town has some exclusive memberships at either Rancho Santa Fe Country Club or The Bridges.

Public education is king in Rancho Santa Fe, and they have the schools to back it up: Canyon Crest Academy, Torrey Pines High School, San Dieguito High Academy, R. Roger Rowe Middle School, and R. Roger Rowe Elementary School serve the Rancho Santa Fe community, and each one has a grade of “A+.” R. Roger Rowe Middle School and R. Roger Rowe Elementary School are some of the best primary schools in Southern California (where my kids attended!) and are beloved by parents in the community. 

There are some equally wonderful private schools in the area, including top-rated High Bluff Academy, Horizon Prep, Del Mar Pines School, and The Nativity School.
